I added some new tools to the BFR Shop. Now I can get back to working on some projects and use table to help others build cool parts for thier projects.
Arccaptain MIG 200 and CUT 50 Plasma Cutter, Vulcan Welding Cart, Langmuir Crossfire CNC Plasma Table and ARC Flat fixture table.
Updates.
I picked up this Arccaptain MIG 200 unit. It was cheap, $380 on Amazon. Mig, Fluxcore, Lift TIG, Stick and Spool Gun. Nice little unit that I can use for mobile situations.
I just applied some downward pressure using axle straps. I welded it in sections and then fully heated it after welding and wrapped in a blanket to cool slowly.
I have had this tent for 2 years. It has never made it on to a vehicle. Itโs basically new, with the exception of bumps and scratches from moving it around. One of the latches is bad, the ladder got tossed.
$550 Firm or trade for anything cool. Tools or whatever. Located in Wildomar Ca.
5.3 Motor that I made some head plates for. These will be used to mount the engine into the rolling cart I made. The goal is to make it easy to replicate this build with other bodies.
Motor and travs mocked up. I still have some adjustments to make.
We are doing a little meet up after the rain. As the nights get longer we will do more. If you are free, you have something cool and you like tacosโฆ come check it out.
I installed the Ruffstuff truss on the rear axle today. I used my heater on full to get the housing up to 400 ish degrees before welding it up. After I welded it up I put more heat to it and then wrapped it in a blanket. Should be good.
